There is a private boat dock and a small boat ramp to launch your kayak. Watch dolphins put on a show almost daily from your lanai. The beach is right across the street!

This 1924 Beach Cottage was part of the original Mellon Estate located in Summer Haven. Literally steps from the Atlantic Ocean (one of the best surfing spots in St Augustine), it is the perfect hideaway to escape to an island! Equipped with WIFI, they will never know you are working remotely! It's quiet area to spend some time with your family with popular activities nearby.
