Welcome to our small rustic and pet-friendly log cabin on the Maumee River in Waterville, Oh! There is a queen bed in a private bedroom as well as a full sofa bed in the living room. It abuts a 10-mile-long trail that winds along the river for hiking and biking. There is a private 2-person hot tub. Riverwood consists of 12 cottages and a VW Bus campsite. We are open for guests! The Cabin at Maple View is located a quarter mile off of the highway down a long twisting driveway. It is tucked back in the woods and away from it all. You notice the Amish craftsmanship as soon as you arrive. You are surrounded by 80 acres of manicured woods and a huge yard. The environment is welcoming. The atmosphere is warm. Call it your home for a night or for an extended stay. It is beautiful no matter the time of year.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Nestled among the trees, it provides a quiet getaway from the chaos of life allowing you to recharge and renew. The main residence is approximately 400 feet from the cabin. The cabin is secluded and yet close to local attractions, restaurants, biking and nature trails. The Cabin has a total of 420 sq ft living space with 280 sq ft on the ground floor and a 140 sq ft bedroom loft.

Come enjoy the peaceful countryside just 10 minutes off the tollroad in northwest Ohio. We have a separate one bedroom apartment on our fifth generation farm. My grandparents added this space onto the barn in 1968 so they had a place to stay when visiting. Now that they have passed, we have this space to share with others who are visiting or passing through the area . The space is perfect for one or two people.
