"IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.

The name Desiderio is in honour of the super tuscan wine by Avignonesi. It is a part of Fontegirasole a building split in 5 units, 4 belong to Fontanaro and 1 private. The home includes a large porch with a BBQ, outdoor sofa and dining area. It has direct access to the eco infinity swimming pool (shared with the other units of Fonte Girasole) that faces sunset on Tuscany and Umbria.
