Enjoy morning coffee on your private patio, unwind in a spacious two-level apartment, and bring your dog along for the adventure. Fully stocked, thoughtfully designed, and perfectly located for hiking, exploring, golfing or doing absolutely nothing. Regrettably the apartment is not child proofed therefore, for safety reasons, we are unable to accept children under 4.

Enjoy morning views with coffee, evening drinks on the balcony, starlight at the fire pit and lazy days of swimming, picnicking, kayaking, or fishing from our private dock, no boats. Access to the community pool is just minutes away. Our area offers lots of outdoor activities including hiking, biking, rock climbing, tubing, water sports, and nearby boat rentals for a day out on the clear, crisp, water.

Getaway studio apt near Mt Mitchell & Burnsville

Studio/efficiency apartment on the lower level of a small house built in 2020. Separate bath & outdoor patio in a peaceful, rural setting in the western NC mountains. Within 40 minutes of lots to do. The area was heavily impacted by hurricane Helene in September2024 and used for volunteers here to help . It was reactivated in mid 2025.
