The Villa Amani is located in Labenne, surrounded by the pine trees, on the edge of the Aquitany" Landes" forest, between Hossegor / Capbreton and Bayonne / Biarritz. First floor, under mansardroof : 2 bedrooms (double beds 160 cm and 140 cm), mezzanine with 1 sofa-bed (140x200), bathroom with tub and toilet (suitable for children but just know an adult cannot stand in the bathtub). Supply of baby kit (cot with mattress latex, potty, changing mat, bottle warmer, baby monitor, high chair, table chair, children's tableware, safety swimming belt for pool). Supply of bed linen and towels included. Between each rental, our concierge carries out a thorough cleaning of the house, however we still ask you to leave the premises in a decent condition, close to the state in which the house was found upon arrival, as you would do at home so that your housekeeper feels respected: we ask you to put the furniture and decorative elements back in place, empty the refrigerator, the bins, wash and put away the dishes, wipe down where necessary (sinks, oven and cooking rings for example) and sweep the floors lightly. Notre logement est une maison indépendante nichée au cœur de la nature, en lisière de forêt, dans le village de Mées, lieu de villégiature des cigognes, à 5 min de Dax. Parfaite pour une escapade reposante en couple, en famille ou entre amis. Ici vous profiterez de la quiétude des pins landais et de la fraicheur de la forêt tout en restant à proximité des plus beaux sites des Landes et du Pays Basque. L'eau est filtrée et dynamisée.
