The beaches of Vagia and Ganema are approximately a 7-minute drive away, while Kalo Ampeli Beach can be reached in about 5 minutes by car, followed by a short walk along a scenic trail. The studio is part of Dreamy, a complex of independent houses, making it an ideal choice not only for couples and small families but also for larger groups wishing to rent multiple homes and stay together in the same unique location while maintaining their privacy. Renovated two-floor house located in the lower part of the old town (Chora). The kitchen and bathroom facilities, along with the living room and one of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor. On the upper floor, there are a sheltered bedroom and a shaded balcony. Ανακαινισμένο σπίτι 2 επιπέδων στον παραδοσιακό οικισμό της Κάτω Χώρας. Στο ισόγειο βρίσκονται η κουζίνα, το μπάνιο, το καθιστικό και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο. Στον επάνω όροφο υπάρχει ένα μικρό υπνοδωμάτιο και σκιασμένη βεράντα.

Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).
