Tropical apartment with beautiful pool only steps away from the ocean. Owners live on the property. Our goal is to maintain your privacy while being close to help with any of your needs. There may be a chance you will share the pool area with other guests or owners. If you have a pet, please inquire before booking. Our Border Collie Jax, can be picky about the friends who visit him. Interested in fishing, diving, or island hopping? We have a boat available to take you out for an additional fee.

In an alcove at the mouth of Turkey Creek and the Indian River, this brick beauty showcases a private boat pier, a lovely deck designed in different levels in a beautiful work with wood to enjoy a beautiful waterfront view! The spacious house with an excellent space distribution offers common places for everyone. Just please, be extremely careful with the stairs created for the balcony located in the master room and for the basement bedroom, which are very steep when climbing up and down it.

This unit offers complete apartment style accommodation is fully private complete with bedroom, living room and mini kitchen. Everything is brand new so you can rest assured your stay will be comfortable. Our kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave and Keurig coffee maker with pods. There is also a pull out in the living room. A level 2 EV Charger is available on the property, please request when booking if you would like to use it.
