Sea Breeze House

This Cycladic beachfront property is located at a picturesque and unspoiled place called Flambouria (12 km far from the port of Merichas). It has a front balcony where you can enjoy morning breakfasts, afternoon sunsets and an enviable view of the Aegean Sea and a back balcony which connects to a private vineyard. This well-lit and cozy house (50 sq.m.) accommodates up to 4 guests (a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 persons). All the rooms are furnished with care and have all the amenities.

It is a home by the sea, south of Kythnos at Agios Dimitrios, 17 km (20 minutes) from the island's main port of Merichas. The villa has a large courtyard with unlimited sea views. The beach is only 80m away from the main house, and is a 5 minute descent of pathway and cement stairs. It is usually very peaceful, with only a handful of visitors resting under the two big trees, thus giving the impression of a private beach even in the heart of August.
