Παραδοσιακά φτιαγμένη η κατοικία σε ελάχιστα μέτρα από την θάλασσα με κρεβατοκάμαρα με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι με ανατομικό στρώμα, tv και ντουλάπα , τουαλέτα με κτιστά είδη υγειινής , καθιστικό με καναπέ που γίνεται διπλό κρεβάτι και πολυθρόνα -κρεβάτι , tv και κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με πλήρη κλιματισμό μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 5 άτομα Το αυτοκίνητο σταματάει στα 80 μέτρα από την κατοικία και και η πρόσβαση είναι με σκαλιά και παραδοσιακό δρομάκι. Έχει μεγάλη βεράντα με σαλόνι και 2 ξαπλώστρες παραλιας.

Χαλαρώστε και αφήστε τo " Magic View " να σας πάει σε ένα μοναδικό ταξίδι!!Η αρχιτεκτονική και η θέση του καταλύματος επιτρέπουν στον επισκέπτη να έχει πανοραμική θέα στο λιμάνι. Το σπίτι αποτελείται από δυο υπνοδωμάτια, ένα μπάνιο, σαλόνι, κουζίνα, ένα μεγάλο μπαλκόνι και τρία μικρά . Στον οικισμό υπάρχουν σούπερ μάρκετ, τράπεζα, φαρμακείο, φούρνο, κρεοπωλείο, εστιατόρια & ταβέρνες, καφετέριες, μπαράκια, νυχτερινά κλαμπ, βενζινάδικο,ταξιδιωτικά γραφεία, γραφεία ενοικίασης αυτοκινήτων.

Η οικία αποτελεί τον ιδανικό χώρο διαμονής για τις θερινές σας διακοπές, προσφέροντας ανεπανάληπτη θέα στο Αιγαίο Πέλαγος, διαθέσιμο wifi και εκπληκτική φιλοξενία. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στον Μέριχα, λιμάνι της Κύθνου. Επιπλέον, είναι εξοπλισμένο με κουζίνα, μπάνιο, μια κρεβατοκάμαρα με μεγάλων διαστάσεων διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα καθιστικό με καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι, ενώ, το σπίτι διαθέτει και τις απαραίτητες ηλεκτρονικές συσκευές. Τέλος, στον εξωτερικό χώρο υπάρχει αυλή με θέα το λιμάνι.

Sofias House 4

Sofia's house is located in Merichas Kythnos island, on the center of the port, at the top of the mountain, with the best view. A modern house with private bathroom. You can get there only by 130 stairs. Full renovated the house in 2022 and put a new matrress on the bed at May of 2023. Αlso a pressurized water machine was installed in our complex at 2022 and with the pre-existing tank makes us independent from the island's water supply system. We always try to improve our house.

Liotrivi Blue 2

We are located on the east side of the island of Kythnos, between Kalo Livadi and Lefkes. Our lodging offers amazing views of the Aegean Sea as well as access to a beautiful secluded beach. The beach is only 80m away from the main house, and is a 5 minute descent of pathway and cement stairs. It is usually very peaceful, with only a handful of visitors resting under the two big trees, thus giving the impression of a private beach even in the heart of August.

It is a traditional stoned build property just a breath away from the sea, with an amazing view of the wonderful port of Loutra as wel as cosmopolitan Agia Irini . The fully air conditioned and equipped studio has futhermore a big yard around the house and with this incrediple view is perfect for getaway from the hustle bustle of city life.

O χώρος μας (kythnos view) βρίσκεται στο λιμάνι του Μέριχα της Κύθνου . Απέχει μόλις 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κεντρικό λιμάνι και η άφιξη στο σπίτι μας γίνεται ανεβαίνοντας 70 σκαλοπατια αλλά σας επιβραβεύει η υπεροχή θέα μας βλέποντας όλο το λιμάνι και το ηλιοβασίλεμα. Βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο και ταυτόχρονα διαθέτει την απόλυτη ησυχία για να έχετε ευχάριστες διακοπές και ξεκούραση.

Beachfront Studio in Leykes Kythnos

A traditional stone house literally built on the sand just a few meters from the seawater. You sleep and you wake up by the pure sound of soft waves and birds.Resting for one week in this house will make you feel like you have rested for a full month. Some guests say that the photos do not justify the place. It is a lot nicer being here in person.
