It’s well located to walking & cycling tracks, food mart, take away shop, boat ramp and playgrounds. The cool Dromana cafe/bar vibe is only 4 mins drive away. Dogs are allowed but please check strict rules below.

'FLORIDA' - TRANQUIL BEACH HOUSE RETREAT

Ventnor is the place to go if you want some peace and quiet. Bordering on acreage farmland, 'Florida' is your little piece of serenity. The house is on a 740m2 fully fenced block with beautiful gum trees that provide both shade and privacy. The outside deck is perfectly located off the living area and has a BBQ, table and chairs. Inside is an open living area that includes kitchen, dining and lounge with a rustic wood fireplace. We are pet friendly and all bed linen and towels are provided.

You will love the peace and quiet with nothing in sight but serene farmland. Just over an hour from Melbourne, and close to all you will want to visit on the Peninsula. The best local wineries and food are close by, as are beaches and the Hot Springs. Recently renovated, the cottage can also offer board room facilities for team offsites.

Nestled high in Arthur’s seat the beautiful Cloud Cottage exudes character. With stunning views of Port Phillip Bay and numerous attractions just walking distance or a short drive away. This home is close to everything the Mornington Peninsula has to offer while providing a beautiful calming escape. Ideally suited for large families or groups of up to 4 adults (Loft area is set-up for kids and not ideal for adults).
