The attached garage has converted into a second lounge, complete with 2 single beds, Featuring garage carpet and sliding doors. Upstairs, the third bedroom is a mezzanine-style loft, open to the living area

River Heights is a spacious, stylish 3 bedroom villa outside of Glen Tunnel. Enjoy the peace of the serene Malvern Hills and the beauty of the Selwyn river. In summer you can enjoy the outdoor dining area, complete with a bbq and covered awning. In the winter you can relax in front of the large log fire. The master bedroom enjoys access to the front porch and has double country doors with bug screens. We have a fully equipped kitchen and laundry so you can make yourself at home on your travels.

You will be close to everything you need at this centrally located place. Simple two bedroom flat with every thing you need. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, supermarket and the towns library and museum. Pet friendly, fully fenced. Alaska Farmhouse Methven just a short 5-minute drive from Methven township. This wonderful home offers a front-row seat to the majestic Southern Alps and Mount Hutt, providing a breathtaking backdrop to your stay. The house features two queen rooms, a bunk room that sleeps four. The stunning country kitchen, central heating, log burner, and open fire create a cozy ambiance for your relaxation. Outside, guests can gather around the magnificent open fire or enjoy a game of pool in the games room.

The Double Tree Cottage is in an idyllic setting with expansive snow-capped mountain and farm views (seasonal). Mt Hutt Skifield, Opuke Hot Pools, Staveley Iceskating rink, DOC walking tracks and Methven Mt Hutt Village are all within a 15min drive. Located on our 32ha farm, watch sheep grazing metres from your door, native Kereru playing in the trees above you, or head out to many surrounding activities. Note: This is a mini studio style cottage so is very small and priced accordingly.

The Cabin is a 30 minute drive from Christchurch Airport and just 80 minutes away from Arthur’s Pass. A perfect location for those wanting to take a country retreat and head to the mountains. Darfield Village is just 10 minutes away and Oxford township is 15 minutes away. There is wifi in the Cabin but the TV is not connected to the internet it is connected to free view TV.
