Come enjoy a relaxing stay in the upstairs of a cozy, historic home nestled on the beautiful coast of Maine. The house is within a 2 minute walking distance from Simpson's Point where you can enjoy swimming, picnics, sunsets, and stargazing. You can expect peaceful, quiet days and evenings with the option to bathe in a skylight-lit bathtub/shower and snuggle up in comfy beds lit by twinkle lights. Rental includes entire upper floor with private entrance along with tv/internet (Netflix only).

Situated just above a stream just off Rockport Harbor, this quiet, small one-bedroom apartment has its own private entrance and small deck. Located on the back side of RAYR wine and cheese shop, this charming apartment is within a 10-minute walk of two wonderful restaurants in the village of Rockport, 18 Central and Nina June, as well as a lunch spot and a deli. A wonderful getaway space for couples and solo adventurers, you’ll love it because of the location, ambiance, privacy and charm.

This unit is a separate guest suite in the basement of my home. You have a private entrance with parking right near the entrance. Kitchenette has microwave, full sink, toaster oven, hot plate, crock pot, fridge, coffee maker, dishes, and ample counter space/cabinets, and gas grill (NO STOVE). Property is in a quiet neighborhood on Little River, with kayak launch at the community dock. It's a quiet neighborhood in East Boothbay but near everything the Boothbay Region has to offer!

Two story in-law suite. This one bedroom is perfect for a family or a quiet romantic retreat. Located on 8 acres of very private pristine Maine landscape. 10 minutes to Bath. 19 minutes to Popham beach. 30 minutes to Freeport. 45 minutes to Portland. 5 minutes to public boat launch. This guest suite is located in the lower level of our NetZero post & beam home which sits on a mountain overlooking the Penobscot Bay. The over 600 sq. ft. large open floor plan is spacious & clean with a large private patio. The location is quiet and peaceful while only 5 minutes from the action in downtown Rockland and only 15 minutes from Camden. This is a great home base to explore all that the Midcoast area has to offer.

Bath Historic District Apartment

Located in the Bath historic district, this one bedroom apartment is located just a few blocks from downtown. The apartment has a queen bed in the bedroom and also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The home was built in the late 1700's, but with the recent upgrades, it now feels fresh with classic elements. Located in Midcoast Maine, this apartment is an quick drive to the beach, hiking trails and museums.
