Boerderij aan het water, onthaasten in de randstad

Logeren voor natuurvrienden en rustzoekers. Hier vind je het nog, winters van stilte, één met de natuur, lentes met baltsende grutto's, visdiefjes, rietgorsen en kikkers. Reuring op zonnige dagen van fietsers, wandelaars en bootjes , In het voorhuis van onze boerderij uit 1902 hebben wij een gastenverblijf op de begane grond. Gelegen in de natuur van het prachtige Midden-Delfland, aan de Vlaardingse Vaart. En toch in de nabijheid van Delft, Rotterdam en het strand. Kortom vakantie gevoel!

This centrally located accommodation (10 minutes' walk from Delft train station, and close to TU/TNO/DSM) is stylishly furnished and equipped with all modern conveniences! Via one of Delft's most charming canals, the Buitenwatersloot, you can walk to the historic city centre in 7 minutes. The quiet, green, atmospheric city garden gives the property an extra dimension. On the first floor, you will find a lovely bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.

Het gehele huis voor 6 personen is tot je beschikking. Wij hebben een babybed + stoel voor kinderen tot 3 jaar. Wij proberen duurzaam te wonen: met zonnepanelen, een warmtepomp en een goed geisoleerd huis trachten we de CO2 uitstoot te reduceren. Bedlinnen, handdoeken en gratis parkeren zijn inbegrepen. Je kunt ook met ons verblijven en samen dineren als je dat wilt. In dat geval bespreken wij samen een redelijke prijs. In 20 minuten loop je naar het historisch centrum van Delft.

De vakantiewoning is gevestigd, in een oude stal. De boerderij is gelegen in het buitengebied van Rotterdam in een oud buurtschap genaamd 'De Kandelaar'. Hier wonen slechts 30 mensen en het is de perfecte spot midden in de natuur tussen de (grote) steden Rotterdam, Schiedam en Delft. De perfecte plek om de stad en natuur te combineren! Onze boerderij ligt op slechts 5km vanaf Schiedam, 8km vanaf Delft en 12km vanaf Rotterdam en 30 minuten (met de auto) vanaf het strand.

House with a sauna, lots of plants, and two cats! :) Located on a quiet street, a short distance from the historic city center (850m), Delft University of Technology (700m), and Royal Delft (240m). We normally live here ourselves and hope you'll feel at home. We do our utmost to ensure cleanliness, but please don't expect hotel standards. Experience the city like a local—our idea of ​​Airbnb. There are 8 beds (4 double beds), as well as 6 dining chairs and high chairs.

Close to Delft for long stay 30-9-2021/30-03-2022

The entire house for 6 people is at your disposal between the 15th of october 2021 and the 30th of March 2022. Our preference goes to a family. We have a cot for children up to 3 years. There are 3 bedrooms with all a double bed; one room has a spare single bed. There are plenty free parking possibilities. In 25 minutes you walk to the historic center of Delft. The house is close to the highways A4 and A13, so the whole "Randstad" is reachable within 30 to 45 minutes.
