Rural location with a 15 min drive to Saratoga Springs, Race Track, Casino, Performing Arts Center, Spa State Park and Automobile Museum. Drive further to visit Moreau State Park Beach, Six Flags Great Escape and the Adirondack Park. Very clean, no smoking, no pets.

This is a bright and airy carriage house located on the second floor in a quiet walkable neighborhood. Living room has a drop down movie screen, brand-new sofa with chaise and pull out queen sized bed. Galley kitchen is new with a Smeg stove and oven, dishwasher. Bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, 52 inch TV with wifi and cable. The bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in shower a vanity with double sinks. Cottage in the Woods built with our own hands!

Our sweet little 520 square ft. cottage has one open loft bedroom and is perfect for one person or a couple. It is located about 1.5 miles from the track and within walking distance to downtown Saratoga Springs. It is next to Skidmore woods with hiking trails and easy access to the campus. It is a perfect place if you are looking for quiet and rest located at the end of a dead-end road and is also right next to our house so we are always available. A perfect little getaway.

Have fun at this stylish setting. There is one bedroom, a large bathroom with tub, living room and kitchenette. Included is a futon which accommodates 2 smaller children or one adult. There is also a small private flagstone patio for nature lovers. It is located only 5 minutes from broadway, 8 minutes from SPAC and 10 minutes to Saratoga Racetrack. Lake George is a brief 30 minute drive. Unique to this location is a horse farm on the opposite side of the street.

Wind down with the whole family at this peaceful 3 bedroom Cottage with lake access! Complete with a fire pit, outdoor seating, a grill and TV, this home will transport you away from reality and into the mountains for some fresh air and lots of fun. The Lake is a 3 min walk down a stone path. The deck + dock are shared with lake residents only. No public access. We have 2 kayaks for use as well. Downtown Saratoga, Racetrack, Casino + SPAC. 15 mins away.

Linda’s Studio is the lower level, with a private entrance (I live upstairs). The studio is spacious and open. The living room has a sofa and chair and television. There’s a dining area, and a place just to have coffee. The bedroom is large, and has a nice double bed. Plenty of space for your luggage. The bathroom is spacious, with an antique tub and shower, heat lamp, and sink. Toiletries available for your use.

Unique, cozy cabin on the inlet to Lake Desolation, within 20 minutes to Saratoga. Cabin has an open loft with Queen bed. The cottage is comfortably suitable for two people. This is a unique Adirondack style quiet getaway completely updated with everything new and modernized. Within walking distance to a nice bar/restaurant called Tinney’s, in the pictures.
