The Cozy cottage is the perfect space if you’re looking for a private spot beyond a hoteling experience. Entering our third year of hosting, as the first two were so enjoyable for us and our guests. Pack your suitcase! This sunny, two-bedroom, second-floor seaside rental has everything you will need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. There is plenty to do, all close enough to walk or within a 5-minute ride: sightsee, shop, enjoy some of the best restaurants and clubs. Walk one the many nature trails. Play golf at some of the best courses! Come back from the beach and enjoy refreshments on the deck off the master bedroom or relax in the yard and grill a steak. Oh yes, we are pet friendly!

Cozy coastal tiny house getaway

Situated on Easton's Point, brand new ocean front tiny house looks across to Mansion Row with access to a rocky beach for lounging, swimming, or fishing. The property is close to downtown Newport & ideally located between three beaches. The cozy unit has a queen bed, full bath & kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, and toaster oven. There is a small deck with ocean views, access to ocean front, outdoor shower and off street parking. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella and towels.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a family with young children living below, so some everyday noises may be heard. This extra large area IN MY HOME is perfect for a summer or weekend getaway. Walk to Easton's Beach just about 3/4 miles away. Second Beach is close at 1.5 miles away. Downtown Newport is about 2 miles from house. There are several steps which lead to door so you must be able to walk up about 15 steps.

Avoid overpriced hotels and come get cozy at K & K's place. Enjoy walks on the BEST beaches (2nd & 3rd, avoiding red seaweed 1st beach). Find some peace and quiet amidst our serene setting, but just a stones throw from bustling Newport (avoid that congestion and the parking nightmare!)

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly.
