Nestled at the head of Pigeon Hill Bay, our cottage is surrounded by 20 acres of fields, marshland, private walking paths, and a private pebble beach on the ocean with views of the Atlantic. Acadia National Park is nearby (1 hour plus) or take the ferry (20 minutes away) to BarHarbor. Acadia Park Schoodic Point is a must see (20 minutes). Enjoy our kayaks, our recommended day trips, blueberry picking, visiting white-tailed deer. For a full week stay we serve a lobster shore dinner for two.

Wilderness Glamping Cabins 200’ hill 22 acres off grid wooded area beautiful views of Mountains, Stream, Britton Prospect with traces of gold, silver and copper, trails around the Balsam Hill. ATV and Snowmobile Trails come right to Balsam Hill Cabins. The Cabins are right on the old Stagecoach Road that is 220 years old. We just fixed Old County Road to the Cabins. Escape into nature with a stay in one of our luxury domes. Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, utensils, etc, as well as coffee and tea. Private bathroom with a toilet, shower, and essential toiletries. Two queen size beds with a loft space. The outdoor area includes a BBQ, private electric hot tub, and patio furniture. Kayaks are available during the summer months, as well as a communal fire pit. **Please note, there is a short walk down a hill to get to the dome**

Summer months, you can watch the lobstermen busy hauling the days catch at a short distance.

Watch the lobster boats work their traps just in front of the house. Not appropriate for small children. Sorry, NO PETS.
