The bungalow is located adjacent to the owners home within a quiet neighborhood and just 20 miles from both Oklahoma City and Norman. Internet access will be provided, along with ample space for work-related needs. We look forward to your stay!

Hinton Guest House-I-40 & Route 66-No Cleaning Fee

The Guest House is a place for rest and relaxation. It is filled with natural light and comfortable furnishings. We hope to provide hospitality & respite for travelers & folks visiting family. We've seen memes & complaints regarding some Airbnb listings' cleaning fees & ridiculous checkout requirements! That's not us. To make the process more transparent, we don't have a cleaning fee. Rest assured, we won't expect you to take out the trash, do the laundry, or clean the House when you depart.

Some areas are still under construction like the Koi pond that will be constructed in the near future. The area is fenced and well lit at night. This includes a full kitchen, 85 inch TV with surround sound, two loft bedrooms with three beds each, a Weber Grill, & plenty of relaxing space. The property includes hiking trails, kayaks, multiple animals, and Kenny the Clydesdale! Please no parties, we live on site and enjoy the quiet relaxing farm too.

The Italian cabin offers a private porch with seating, charcoal grill and a fire pit right outside your duplex style cabin. Fix a snack or a full meal with a kitchenette. More than two staying, no worries there is a loft with a movable ladder for easy access with a floor mattress. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee.

Great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and a family with children. NO parties or large groups. No more than 6 people on the premises.
