Enjoy nature on the Mississippi & mod design in the cool NE neighborhood near downtown. Walk to restaurants, coffee, bars, brew pubs, clubs, art galleries. We've hosted hundreds of guests at our Mississippi home. We now offer a 1970 Boatel in spring, summer, fall. Safe access through our backyard. A shared dock. Kitchen, two beds, bathroom, dining room, deck. A glorious lighted bridge north & skyscrapers south. NOTE there are ice cream trucks across the river w some minor noise as they park.

This houseboat is on pontoons and is easy to navigate the river. You have 10+ miles of river to explore. As part of the houseboat experience, you can also use the amenities of our resort. Sit by the pool or relax in the hot tub. It is a great way to get away and relax in the heart of Minnesota.
