You will have the apartment to yourself with a private entrance from an external staircase. The apartment has been newly renovated in 2020 and sleeps 2 with room for a cot.

Holly Cottage

We hope that you will enjoy your stay in this unique cottage with stunning views and spacious layout for 2. Holly cottage has under floor heating throughout which is powered by a ground source heat pump ,hence no carbon monoxide alarm is required. Holly Cottage was built in 2015 but our main house was built in the 1880s. We feel the character of the cottage compliments the main house. Gringley is a fabulous place to walk and explore, the pub is only 300 yards away.
