Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cottage on the farm. Our cottage is nestled on 150 acres in Independence, MO. This home offers a living room, dining room (seats 8), full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, a laundry room/mudroom, and 3 bedrooms. (King, Queen and full bed). You will find a front and side porch to sit and relax as well as a private back patio where your family can enjoy a fun evening. Each bedroom offers a comfortable bed, hangers for clothing, and a fan to help you relax.

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars at The Rustic Roan Retreat, a bougie barndominium, that sits in the country on a peaceful piece of land filled with horses, ponds, and wildlife. Bring your pole and fish our stocked pond, relax by the fire and have s'mores, take in the serene landscape. Got horses? We have a place for them too! The AirBnB is attached to the barn with several horse stalls and and indoor riding arena! We are also just a couple miles from Ray Rocks UTV/ATV park!

Our beautiful light filled cabin with wood-burning fireplace is perched above our spring-fed 15 acre private lake next to the common outdoor lounge area and sand beach. We have 200 acres of gorgeous property with limestone boulders and hiking trails throughout. The lake is great for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and offers excellent fishing. We are five minutes from downtown Excelsior Springs, Excelsior Springs golf course and 3EX municipal airport. Relax, rejuvenate and play.

Originally built as The Buckley Hotel, this historic building has been brought back to life. While retaining the features that makes this home so beautiful and reflective of its time, we have brought in modern amenities that insure a comfortable stay while in the heart of Excelsior Springs. This place is so perfect if you are visiting town as it's steps from shopping, eating and landmarks. This renovated 1960s suburban ranch has all the space you need to relax. Set in a quiet neighborhood on a large lot central to historic Downtown Liberty and the attractions of Kansas City, this home overlooks the beautiful Jones No. 97 distillery pond. Featuring wood floors with open living/dining space, everything needed is on a single level, although there are steps to access the house. Private basement may be accessed by owner via outside entrance for brief maintenance purposes.

Short drive to I-435 and I-35. About half hour drive to Royals and Chiefs stadiums, downtown KC and Kansas speedway! Minutes from the bike and walking trails that circle Smithville Lake! Caution- steep narrow stairs inside. Please use the outside stairs to carry luggage inside to the bedroom quarters.
