Please note that you may need to use stairs to access your room. This room overlooks Fall River and features Wireless high-speed Internet access, a large flat screen tv, a King bed, full bath, and granite counters. By booking the King Room, you will have easy access to our private hiking trails that lead directly into Rocky Mountain National Park and access to over 4000 ft. of Fall River. You’ll be charmed by this adorable place to stay, with the front porch just 100 feet from the river, creating amazing views of the sunset each night! The sunrises are pretty amazing as well. Easily walk out your door for a fishing day, or just to take a walk on the road. This room is a shotgun style room with entries on the front or back porches. Our Keeper’s Quarters suite is on the main level of our Barndo. This suite offers 2 King bedrooms (with the option of a pullout couch upon request to sleep an additional 2), a full kitchen and dining area and living room area with a 58-in Smart TV already connected to free secure Wi-Fi. Your private bathroom features a large 4x6 shower and a single vanity setup. There is access directly to the main level back deck with your own spacious seating.
