Over 1500 sq. feet, this 1880's executive loft has been completely renovated and is located one block off Route 66 and the beautiful Carthage square. It boasts 2 great rooms, a bedroom, gourmet kitchen, luxurious primary bathroom, half bath and laundry area. We own the entire building, and have 3 other units that can be booked in conjunction with this one in the same building. It's within walking distance to the Civil War Museum, YMCA, bowling, antique shops, boutiques, salons, and restaurants.

This apartment is located above one of the most popular destination restaurant's around "Mary Jane Burgers & Brew" on the Downtown Historic Square.

This luxury loft was once a historic building dating back to 1920’s and still boasts the exposed brick and original hardwood floors. This loft will sleep 4 with a king bed, futon, and pull out couch.
