Two full-size beds in the upstairs loft, including a futon. Non-smoking, pet-free. Minisplit for AC/heat, Smart TV and WiFi. Plenty of parking for vehicles/boat.

It is situated next to the World’s Only Corn Palace and includes off-street parking for two vehicles. We love attending events at the Corn Palace because we don't have to worry about finding a parking spot; we can simply walk! The cottage has a kitchen with full size fridge and full bath with an oversized shower. It is set up as a studio living space with areas connected. Front window views are of a beautiful open lot with trees. This lot is available to guests for their use.
