When I found this little mobile home community on Miflin Creek, I knew I'd found something special- a peaceful place to kayak,bird watch,fish, and enjoy the beauty of the creek. Today, I'm grateful to share it with my guests. Miflin Creek flows into Wolf Bay and the Gulf, yet you're only 8 minutes from OWA, close to great restaurants, and a short drive to Alabama's beautiful Gulf Coast beaches. I hope you'll love this place as much as I do.

The King Peter Z House is a beautifully restored and registered historic home. It has a Mardi Gras theme as it was the home of the twice crowned king of the Order of Osiris. This home sits on 2 acres with hundreds of feet of water frontage. The home is updated with all modern features to to give you comfort but styled in a way that you feel unplugged. The property sits on a canal that is connected to fowl river, Mobile Bay and the Mississippi Sound. There is kayaks and a canoe on the property for you to explore the water ways or do some fishing. Or just relax on the large screened in back pouch and covered picnic area with a gas grill. Only 15 minutes to the beach
