My one bedroom and one and a half bath bungalow is located in Bay to Breakers which is a private street that offers beach access to the Gulf, community pool area and a long fishing pier on Mobile Bay. My unit features an upstairs bedroom with balcony with great views of the Gulf. The kitchen is well equipped with counter eating area, WiFi, cable TV with DVD player in living area and bedroom and washer/dryer. There is a gas grill with outdoor seating. Beach Chairs & Umbrellas for guests use.

Our guests enjoy access to two swimming pools and spas, and exercise room right next to our 1st floor condo.

Loosie's by the Beach is .3 miles to the beach, that is less than a 5-minute walk to the beach. No need to drive, park or pay for the public beach. It is centrally located in the middle of the island, approximately equal distance to the other west end beaches and the east end ferry at Fort Gaines over to Fort Morgan. It is 1 of 4 units (furthest from the road), enjoy the quiet peaceful pines all around with a covered porch and shade to protect you from the sun all day. Come and enjoy!

The main floor deck overlooks the pool & cabanas, beach view on one side. Below the condo, enjoy the picnic table & charcoal grill/bring charcoal. No smoking inside. No water crafts nor pets allowed per the condo rules.
