1832 Historic Washington Bottom Farm Log Cabin

Welcome to our renovated 1832 Log Cabin on the grounds of the George William Washington and Sarah Wright Washington 19th century plantation. The cabin was the first structure built. Then came barns and slaves’ quarters (no longer standing). The dairy barn is now a woodworking shop and the bank barn was recently restored. The main house, built in 1835, is Greek Revival style. Today, our 300+acre is Certified Organic. We border the South Branch of the Potomac River. It’s ALMOST HEAVEN !

Looking for a relaxing getaway with your significant other? We have you covered! Deep Creek Charm is nestled in the woods just a few minutes from Deep Creek Lake and all it has to offer! Enjoy the summer nights with the newly added outdoor firepit or soaking in the hot tub. For the colder evenings you can sit in by the cozy indoor fireplace and read a good book or watch tv on the large flat screen. You'll leave relaxed and ready to come back again in the future. A Cabin in the Woods

This cabin in the woods features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, which is close to Cheat Lake and the heart of Morgantown. This home is equipped with a full kitchen and has a front deck which includes a hot tub, fire pit, and outside dining area. There are many walking trails close by which include the Botanic Gardens and Coopers Rock State Park. It is a perfect location to be away from all the downtown hustle and bustle but still be a short drive from the football stadium for gamedays!

Located 10 miles from downtown Morgantown and the stadium. Cooper's Rock is just 12 miles away, with hiking, mountain biking and rock climbing. Our cozy house with modern amenities can accommodate 6 people with 2 queen beds, 1 twin and a queen pull-out sofa. Trillium Acres Cottage and Trillium Acres Hilltop are next door and a short walk through the woods for larger groups needing more space.
