The kitchen is equipped (no dishwasher). Dining room seats 6. Living room with Roku TV and Wi-Fi. Bring your jet skis, boat, and fishing equipment. Public boat launch 2 miles & a large park nearby. Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this charming lakefront cottage sits at the water's edge w/private beach & 66' of Wabasis Lake shoreline. It includes: 18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May through October, weather permitting). There is also a front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus a twin daybed in a semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

Three level A-frame house with 100 feet of lake front located on a private lake in a quiet residential neighborhood. Available for recreation are 4 Kayaks, a paddle boat and a row boat. Great lake for fishing, swimming or taking a lap or 2 on the kayaks. In the evening you can sit around the bon fire enjoying the stars or roasting marshmallows and hot dogs.
