The house was built by the Kelsey family in the 1930s after seeing the house featured in the 1933 Chicago World's Fair and has been completely renovated. Views of the lake from almost every room. Spring & fall bring chilly evenings - perfect for indoor relaxation. Cardinal Cottage is a lakeside cozy home with a spacious yard, beautiful lake views, sandy beach, and chill vibe. Three kayaks and a paddle boat are available for use in warmer months, as well as a Mr. Steak gas grill, fire pit, and outside dining set. The lake is calling!

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this cozy waterfront cottage has scenic views and 66' of private shoreline on Lake Wabasis. There are 2 bedrooms, front deck, side patio, bonfire pit w/benches & gas BBQ grill. Swan cottage also includes an 18' pontoon w/60 hp motor, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock from early May - late October (weather permitting). The cottage is dog friendly, however, yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable & doggie life vests.
