This traditional fisherman's house by the sea is the perfect family retreat where to create everlasting holiday memories. Spacious three-story home with a little patio & chill out area and direct access to the beach. Located in the old fishermen's neighborhood, it is a tranquil area but at the same time it has access to essential services. Conveniently connected to Barcelona city, el Maresme and Costa Brava by train (2 min walk to train station).
