Eiffel is spacious and light with high ceilings and large windows offering views of the surrounding countryside. It is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday including a utility room with washer and dryer. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, wooden beams and looks out onto a green valley. The large living room has a corner sofa, smart TV and superfast broadband. Ce moulin du 18ème a été réhabilité en maison de 180m2 avec une capacité de 8 personnes. Le bien est composé d'une cuisine, d'un atelier avec billard, une terrasse, séjour, salon, 4 chambres dont une chambre avec douche et une salle de bain. Le jardin est composé d'îles reliés par des ponts. Durant votre séjour, vous aurez l'occasion de pratiquer la pêche, la baignade, le canoë, le ping pong.... Je tiens à préciser qu'il s'agit d'un moulin construit sur un bief dans un milieu naturel préservé.

Notre gîte se situe dans un moulin sur la très belle rivière La Dronne. C est un appartement très spacieux (55M2) entièrement rénové. Une chambre avec vue sur la rivière, et magnifique terrasse la surplombant. Accès direct à la rivière pour baignade ou canoé que nous mettons à votre disposition. Attention l'escalier menant au gîte est assez étroit et pentu et ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite ainsi qu à certaines personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer
