MAGIC PLACE IN BARCELONA WITH POOL at 25 minutes from downtown, by public funicular and underground or 4 km by car. Large and cosy 75 m2 apartment with spectacular pool overlooking Barcelona and the Mediterranean sea. The apartment belongs to a beautiful 1912 building in a charming neighborhood of Barcelona. We are extremely well communicated by public transportation. The apartment is at a 10 meter distance from the funicular station and it takes 25 minutes to reach the heart of Barcelona i.e. the Plaza de Cataluña.. Frequency: every 6 minutes during labour days. 10 minutes on Sundays. A Taxi drive home at night depending on where you are, should not exceed 20 €. The apartment has one large bedroom with two queen size beds (120x190 cm). and a double sofa bed in the living area . 40 m2 living area, couch, sat flat TV, bathroom with very large shower, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, electric oven, washing/drying machine, dishwasher, microwave, iron board, etc. Free WIFI. You can control your central heating. We do not need A/C even in the hottest summer, but we have it. We are at 360 m. high. Everything is comfortable, cosy and elegant. There is a confortable sofa bed in the living area, which is transformed in a 140x200 cm. double bed with sheets From the living room area you access a 50m2 terrace with an incredible infinity pool overlooking Barcelona, the Mediterranean Sea, and a dense pinewood forest. The views are truly priceless. The pool area is private for the registered guests. Also, a private lift wich goes straight into your apartment is at your disposal. Bed linen, swimming pool towels and cleaning essentials are also supplied. We always parked in the adjacent streets without any problems. Supermarket and local restaurants are at 200 m distance. You can also go for beautiful walks in the surrounding natural park or discovering the charming modernist neighbourhood of Vallvidrera. All in all, this is the perfect apartment for couples looking to escape the vibrant city life but knowing that they can be there in a blink of an eye. Ideal also for families with up to 2 kids. El granero dispone de un salón comedor con cocina negra, una habitación con cama doble, altillo con dos camas y sofá cama en el salón. También tiene doble ducha con ventana para poder admirar la naturaleza mientras te duchas. Chimenea, piscina y rio. Y un entorno con un conjunto monumental formado por una iglesia románica con cripta, un cementerio modernista y poblado íber a 5min. Espectacular! A 5 min un restaurante rural y a 10 min el pueblo/ciudad con todos los supermercados y restaurantes!

MASIA LA CALSINA

Masia La Calsina has passed through the different generations of our family, it is older than the Montserrat Monastery itself, so we do not know its exact date of origin, although there are historical documents of the eleventh century of it in the national archive. We are fortunate to be able to live in the heart of the protected Natural Park of Montserrat Mountain, surrounded by tranquility and nature. We love our family's home, and we have always taken care of it with love.

The Coop

"The Coop" is a cosy, self-contained studio with stunning views of Montserrat, surrounded by nature. This is a haven for walkers, climbers and nature lovers as well as artists, writers and other creators seeking peace and tranquility. Only an hour from Barcelona, "The Coop" is on our property, where we live with our 2 dogs, 2 cats and laying hens. We share the mountain with insects, wild boar, deer and a wide variety of plants. The property is fenced all around.

Torre Medieval de Queralt & Spa

The Queralt Tower is located in Plans de Sió, in the Queralt district (55 min from Barcelona, 55 min from Sitges, 1 h from Andorra, 35 min from the AVE station in Lleida). This fully restored 16th-century tower hosts up to 6 guests (4 adults in two double rooms and 1 adult or 2 children on the sofa bed). It has top-quality finishes, a garden in the old Viña de la Era, trenches to visit, an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, football field, pickleball court and trampolines.
