This location is just a couple of miles from the North Gate entrance to the Air Force Academy with great views of Pikes Peak, Rampart Range, Academy Chapel. Very convenient to lots of Co Springs activities!

This great space has all the comforts you need for a enjoyable home away from home. There is a sleeping, lounging and dining area as well as a kitchenette, bathroom and a lovely patio space. We have established and grow a large variety of edible plants. On our 1/4 acre lot we use a compost and a rain catching system to support our food forest, spiral herb garden and annual beds. We raise chickens and have been attempting to start an apiary. I am happy to give garden tours if interested.

Forest, and many hiking/Nordic trails. It has great I-25 access and is comfortable, quiet, private, on a beautiful treed lot in the residential community of Woodmoor. It features a private entrance and unshared space.
