The property around the cabin has many unique rock formations & a few small canyons that are great for exploring. The property is bordered on the East by the State Park & on the West by a 9000 acres Wildlife Management Area. A boat ramp is 5 min away & the State Park beach is 15 min from the cabin.

It’s close to a lot of reservoirs. They are great for fishing, swimming, and boating in the summer. It is central to great hunting areas. We are 1 hr from Vernal and 45 min. from the base of the rockies and book cliffs. Whether you come to play and hunt or just a family vacation, the river house is perfect.

The cantilevered room is the only legal cantilevered structure over the river. It has 2 ponds, 2 canals, 4 llamas, and 1 alpaca. It is the perfect river retreat!
