The Rustic Willow Located in Dumas Texas, home of the legendary “Ding Dong Daddy from Dumas”! Just a quick 10-15 minutes to the local gas plants and refinery’s. High speed wifi. Smart TVs in every room and living. Box fans in each room for sleepers that crave white noise. Blow dryers in each 1/2 bath, soaps, shampoos, even Q-tips and cotton pads. The house is a 3 bedroom 1.5 baths with a garage. In the backyard there is a fire pit! We even have a grill to cookout also! The house is recently remodeled and has three tv's inside. Enjoy wifi and within a five miniture drive to local restaurants or grocery stores. There is plently of space for parking also. The furniture is well kept up and we even have a work desk in the master bedroom. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe.

Pecan Place welcomes you with plenty of space! Two living areas, 3beds, 2 baths and a large backyard with covered patio will give everyone plenty of room! Enjoy the large backyard, covered patio and Blackstone BBQ. Double garage parking for 2 vehicles is available with an additional 2 spaces in the driveway. Cleaning is available during your stay for an additional fee.
