Two bathrooms (bath/WC and shower/WC). Large terrace directly onto the lawn. Very centrally located and yet close to the forest. The children's ski lift and the sports centre are right behind it. Ideal location for snow and summer sports (snowboarding, skiing, cross-country skiing, biking, hiking, horse riding). Renovated in 2025.

Charmant chalet situé au cœur de Morgins. La vue sur le grand Muveran est splendide et l’accès au centre du village/pistes de ski est à 5 minutes à pied. Le chalet est ensoleillé du matin au soir, il y a un balcon ainsi qu’un grand jardin et une terrasse à l'arrière. Au rez, il y a une chambre ainsi que deux salles de bain (wc-baignoire et wc-douche). A l’étage, il y a une grande pièce ouverte avec salle à manger, cuisine, salon et poêle suédois. La mezzanine est accessible par une échelle.

Geniet van de rust in de bergen. Dit sfeervolle appartement ligt op loopafstand van skilift, restaurants en supermarkt. Een ideale plek om te vertoeven met gezin en/of gezelschap. Er heerst een fijne en goede sfeer. Het dorpje "Morgins" is in de winter echt een winterwonderland. Na een mooie skidag genieten van een bad of winterse maaltijd of gewoon een filmavond. Kortom het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. We heten jullie van harte welkom. ps: vanaf Geneve goed bereikbaar.
