Close to the Anthony Henday, 15 min to WEM, and 20 min to Downtown Edmonton.

A dream home, away from home! Very spacious 3 b/rooms, 2 living rooms, 2.5 baths, with a jacuzzi and deck. The legal basement can be rented separately. Nothing is shared between the Main floor and the basement, including furnace, laundry, appliances etc. You can rent the whole house, including the basement if available. A beautiful, quiet and safe neighborhood. No pets, No Smoking inside the house and/or Events are allowed. You will be charged $250.00 for clean-up if not respected.

Renovated in 2026! This basement suite is self-contained, has its own separate entrance, and has all the necessary items to become your home away from home! You are required to use two (2) sets of stairs to access the suite. A security camera is located at the front door. Pets are welcome! Let us know if your furry friend is coming so that we can prepare for their arrival.
