Centrally located, just steps from Main St. The unique 2 bedroom lower level apartment gives a nod to the pheasants you can see all over the Palouse but with a British, collegiate feel. A private parking lot makes the downtown and University all easily accessible. Visit Moscow's award-winning Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings or the downtown restaurants! Enjoy the natural beauty surrounding this historic getaway. We have pictures of this house dating back to approximately 1917 it was the farmhouse of 160 acre homestead just on the edge of Moscow Idaho. Our 8 acres are bordered by the University of Idaho Arboretum , have a good view, nice sunsets . We have one horse and one mule and five chickens. The South Fork of the Palouse river runs through our property. But you can jump across it. The City bicycle park is across the street. Dog is ok.
