Camp Boutique - Black Sand Beach

This land, Loftsstaðir-Vestri, has been in my family for generations. It used to be a farm until recently. Now we have decided to open a picturesque luxury tent hotel. We will have 10-20 tents over the summer on the field where we used to harvest hay. Each tent is furnished and decorated differently. There are nothing but farms around, there is a 5 min walk to a black sand beach where the bird life is amazing. This is the perfect place to experience real Icelandic nature in a unique manner.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable with everythink you might need for your stay. The apartment is located on a farm 7 km from Borgarnes and 80 km from Reykjavik. The farm is 1 km from road nr 1. The view from the apartment and the surrounding area is very beutyfull. We have horses, chickens and dogs on the farm. The horses are very friendly and love attention. This is a very good spot to view the northern lights from late august-april if the sky is clear we can usually see them.

Kirkjuferjuhjaleiga is a horse farm, on the banks of the salmon-rich Ölfusá river surrounded by beautiful landscape.

The house is 25 square meters. standing absolutely alone on a one hectares plot of land. Small football field, trampoline and balcony. No one will disturb you, unless maybe sounds from the birds all around or the horses on next plot. The house is cozy and warm. Keep in mind that the main bed is 120cm wide.
