Our little 1 bedroom, 650 sq ft cottage is 15 minutes from the Charlotte Int'l Airport, 20-25 minutes to downtown Charlotte, a few minutes to downtown Belmont, Belmont Abbey, and Mt Holly. With painted oak walls, pine ceilings, a gas log fireplace in the living room, and hand-built cabinetry in the small kitchen, the home has a cozy cabin feel. We provide a self-inflating queen air mattress with bedding if you have 3 or 4 people coming. There's a doggie door to a fully fenced back yard.

My space is very roomy and comfortable with blinds and entry door that brings in a lot of light when opened. The patio has seating for two for evening relaxation. The patio is shaded in the evening, and you can enjoy your coffee while the sun rises behind the trees in the morning. Beautiful landscape and vegetable garden to view along with the wall of trees at the back. ROKU TV, Netflix and HBO for entertainment. Kitchen appliances for basic needs.

Charming, newly- renovated cottage in downtown Lincolnton. Cottages on Carter are only blocks (walking distance) from breweries, shopping, and restaurants. The cottages are restored, clean, and cozy. Cottage A has a King BR, full bath, laundry room, and living room with pull out bed to accommodate up to 4 people. The full kitchen is furnished with all basic kitchen tools, and Keurig coffee station. Enjoy exploring charming downtown Lincolnton!
