Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.

A rescue boat in WW2, then a courtesy boat for the Queen, now a unique B&B in private grounds in the heart of the wine and fine-dining district of the Mornington Peninsula. Birch Creek Farm & Cottages invites you to come and stay with us at The June. The farm is tucked into the foot of the Mornington Peninsula Hinterland, only minutes away from the front bay beaches and a short drive from the rugged coastline and waves of the Peninsula back beaches. In all directions you will find a bounty of cafes, independent stores, markets, wineries, restaurants and walks to enjoy.

Beauford Lodge

My place is good for couples. There is only one bed room plus a sofa bed down stairs. Beauford Lodge is a peaceful semi-rural retreat, just over an hour from Melbourne, on the Mornington Peninsula. Wine, home made chocolate brownies and home made bread & jam for breakfast, (no Gluten free alternatives or other food intolerance's catered for).

Hideaway at Mt Martha Beach.

Hideaway in your own private, comfortable room, with heater and electric blanket for winter. Secluded spot across the road from a beautiful swimming snorkeling and fishing beach with a leash free area for man's best friend. Linen and towels provided, ensuite and a simple breakfast. Also have use of the BBQ. Walk to the Mt Martha village.
