What we provide- ~linens and towels ~cookware and servingware ~kitchen basics ~soap and shampoo ~starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and garbage bags ~the coffeemaker is a standard drip machine, filters provided ~the grill is propane, though there is also a charcoal grill for your use (byo charcoal) ~firewood, BYO kindling Rental Rules ~Check in is 4:00 PM-10PM / Check out is 11:00 AM -a fee will be charged for late checkout ~No Smoking in or near the Skoolie ~Dogs are allowed, with $40 Pet Fee ~No loud noise or parties ~Absolutely no UTV's, ATV’s, Trailers, or Camper Cancellation Policy 85% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 7 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after. No date changes allowed within 7 days of arrival. Please note that no exceptions will be made to the Cancellation Policy, and that we strongly suggest purchasing Trip Insurance that would cover last minute cancellations due to illness or other unforeseen emergencies.

We are within minutes to the Town Square, North Sylamore Creek, Ozark Folk Center, Blanchard Springs Caverns & Ozark-St. Francis National Forest offering over 100 miles of hiking, horse & IMBA epic rated biking trails. NOTE: Neighborhood description regarding address near Angler's Restaurant on White River.

Roper's Cozy Rock Cabin

Relax in this native stone rustic cabin built of local rock and cedar logs. With a waterfall trickling into a spring tank pool right outside your back door & a cozy gas log fire beside your queen bed, you’ll never want to leave. Nestled in the Roasting Ear Creek valley on 200 private acres, this cabin is the perfect spot for a couple to relax and unplug. There’s a big screened porch for lounging with a HOT TUB, an outdoor kitchen, dining area, ceiling fans, & beautiful views. **Now with WiFi!**

Off-Grid High Noon Cabin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The High Noon Cabin is the 1st of three cabins being built on our beautiful property next to the White River. Everything in this off-grid cabin was hand made using locally resourced lumber and supplies. Enjoy the beautiful scenery throughout the year - sunrise to sunset. Located just 8 miles from the town of Mountain View where you can take part in our many local festivals, listen to music, or just check out the beautiful Ozark Mountains.

Rest & Relaxation

The Rest & Relaxation cabin is located about two miles from the Ozark Folk Center beyond the entrance off AR HWY 382W off of Hwy 5 at the end of a country road and has convenient access to the Folk Center, downtown Mountain View, and it's on the way to Sylamore and Blanchard Springs. The cabin is very comfortable with two bedrooms (each have a queen size bed) and one bathroom has a bath and there is another bathroom in the hallway. There is also a double size Futon in the living area.

Fiddler’s Inn

Our new, no step property, on nearly 1/4 acre in the Bluegrass Capital of the world, Mountain View, AR, is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath home, including a 1 car garage! The bathroom has a deep soaker tub & no step shower entrance, safe & helpful grab bars, shower wand & teak shower bench makes for a luxurious experience. Well stocked retro style kitchen will be a joy to cook in. Your ‘Mountain View Moment’ will make a lasting memory, so if you want a luxury stay, make sure you rent this getaway!

House on the Rock!

Unique secluded cabin in the Ozark National Forest/White River!! The property itself has much to explore with 4.5 Acres and a beautiful panoramic view of the White River is less than a one-minute walk! A unique circular rock bluff and view of pasture is visible from the very large elevated deck that wraps around 3 sides house. Perfect for fishing enthusiasts, the property is located near the famous trout fishing spots in the White River. Your dog will love it as much as you do!

Billie’s Bunkhouse~short and long term stays

This cozy retreat offers ample sleeping arrangements including one king bedroom downstairs, two queen beds, and a twin bed in the large loft area with two separate sleeping rooms divided by a hall. There is one bathroom on each floor, a spacious and open floor plan, ROKU TV, wrap-around porch and a great selection of coffees, specialty flavorings and teas with main staples in the kitchen, and laundry facilities. Fire pit and paddle boards are additional amenities provided as well.

What We Love About This Property: <br>Has an old school authentic fishing cabin feel. There are two wood-burning stoves and a comfy queen Murphy bed in the main living area. The kitchen is smaller but has everything you need to cook most meals. Large lawn gently slopes down to the river’s edge where if the levels are right, you can cast your line there or even pull out your kayak. Rent our next-door sister cabin "The Upper Deck", to expand your group size and experience.

Calico Bluff American Cabin

Our cabin sits on a bluff about 60-80 feet above the White River with a beautiful view from back deck! This deck is literally on the edge of the bluff! 180 degree view of river and beautiful pasture across river from cabin. Our cabin is one of three that sit fairly secluded on land with private road. We own the middle cabin & 6.6 acres around and across gravel road from it. Signage alerts public they are trespassing. Very quiet.
