This underground space features original stone walls and brick floors. It is a cozy and unique retreat, the perfect basecamp for all your mountain adventures. *WARNING* the ceilings are as low as 6'2" in some areas in this unit. This unit is next to the laundry room which is accessed by the cleaning staff during the day.

Riverfront Cabin 1 - Pet Friendly - Hot Tub Access

Cute and cozy riverfront cabins with electric are available as a more economical option for guests who want to have the cabin experience and still have the convenience of being close to downtown Ouray. PLEASE NOTE: Cabins do NOT have water or bathrooms inside. Drinking water is readily available. Heated restrooms / shower facilities are a short walk from the cabins and checked multiple times daily. Pets are allowed ONLY with pre-approval / additional deposit & nightly fees.

Our contemporary cabin is located 10 minutes (6 miles) from the town of Telluride. We are 2.7 miles form the Town of Mountain Village Gondola parking structure. The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town. There is also an extensive trail system for hiking, biking and running that can be accessed from within the neighborhood( maps in binder) Please read this before requesting to book, ESPECIALLY if booking during winter months (Nov-April)our property may not be for everyone...

We are pet friendly! A $50 pet fee will be charged separately if you bring pets.
