In the winter the Stone House has a wood burning fire making it an accommodation which is suitable for holidays in all seasons, especially walking holidays, each season having it's own special charm. Four marked walks start from Arni itself.

It is comprised of the whole of the first floor of a two story building whose ground floor is under construction. It has a separate, private entrance, 3 balconies, 3 bedrooms and access to the terrace/rooftop. It is ideal for: Groups or couples who want to spend relaxing holidays without having a vehicle and also travellers who need a base from where they can explore the island with their vehicle.

The fisherman's villa is located in the best spot of Korthi-bay in Andros. It is 3meters from the sea over the old port of Korthi and has a panoramic view of the bay. The best feature of the house is that has relaxing areas for every part of the day a fresh vegetable garden that you can pick your veggies and season fruits every day also a big private hill over it to take your walk and have a coffee. Every part of the house is made with love and meant to be enjoyed.

The closest beach of Fellos is approximately 5min driving and 25min walking. The house is ideal for couples, friends and families. It can host 2-6 people, i.e. one or two couples, families of up to six members or a company of 2-6 friends.

Είκοσι μέτρα από το κατάλυμα υπάρχει όλο το καλοκαίρι δημοτικό πάρκινγκ. Το διαμέρισμα είναι καινούριο, ευρύχωρο και ζεστό, εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα.
