Dog friendly stunning mid terrace beach front cottage with seals lounging on the rocks right in front of the cottage, if you are lucky you will see pods of dolphins passing or see our resident otter run along the beach. Frost-Pocket is a beautifully restored former gamekeeper's cottage on the Ardgowan Estate, minutes away from the shores of the Clyde with its serene coastal walks and spectacular views across to Argyll. The cottage has two bedrooms; a double and a twin; a good sized bathroom; well-equipped kitchen, and a boot room with a washing machine & tumble dryer, and enclosed garden. The open plan sitting/dining room offers a cosy place to relax, with woodburning stove, high-speed wifi, and smart TV.

This beautiful Arts and Crafts Grade 1 listed cottage is unique with its low lying red tiled roof creating a verandah with a built in seat where you can admire the view of the islands of Gigha, Islay and Jura as well as fabulous sunsets in the west. We have owned next door for 35 yrs. It has been fully refurbished by ourselves with personal touches and items that reflect the surrounding coastal landscape. We use eco friendly non animal tested products for cleaning etc. Non pesticide garden.

Fabulous round house on the west coast of Scotland

The DRUM at Dunmore is a stunning elliptical house with a sloping roof and high ceilings, clad in charred larch with orange window frames and painted wooden floors. Designed by architect Roderick James and built by a crack team of smashing local chaps, the Drum is a perfect bolt hole for two. It has a wood burning stove and a big squashy velvet sofa, floor to ceiling triple glazed windows and is nestled in woodland on a small estate (complete with castle) and just moments from the sea.
