Victorian House - 2 Bedroom- close to coastline

The house is located in the quiet residential area of Marshside which is nestled between the RSPB nature reserves and coastline and Churctown with its pubs, bars, eateries, shops and Botanical Gardens. There are a few golf course nearby with many more in the area including The Open Golf Championship Course of Royal Birkdale. The house also has easy access to Southport (about a 5 min drive) and Ainsdale Beach (about a 12 min drive both by using the the scenic Marine Drive which follows the coast.

Pretty annexe property nestled behind the main house. Very quiet location set within the garden space. Off road parking Semi rural location yet a 5 minute walk to the local convenience store. Beautiful Churchtown village only a 5 minute drive or 15 minutes walk away, with pubs, restaurants, & independent shops etc. Southport town centre and famous Lord Street a 15 minute drive. Close to many of Southport’s prestigious golf courses and yearly flower show. Great local cycling and walking.

The Annex - relax in quiet, charming setting.

The annex, detached from the main house, is set within a beautiful landscaped garden. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV (you will have access to Sky, Netflix, Apple+, Paramount) the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The separate living area has a dining table, sofa and small fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery (for takeaways etc.) are provided. Parking is at the front or side of the house. There is access to strong WiFI . Pets are welcome.

Country Bungalow - Sleeps 4

A beautiful one bedroom self contained bungalow with private kitchen, bathroom/wet room, a comfortable lounge area with fold out futon and separate entrance. Set in a beautiful countryside location but within easy reach of the M6, M61 and M65. Local villages include Croston and Eccleston, perfect location to enjoy boutique shops and excellent home made food in the local pubs and restaurants. We politely request no additional visitors, just those staying. Strictly no smoking

The Fox Den is 1 of our 4 holiday homes. 1 bedroom stylish holiday home Perfect for couples, bikers, walkers or just to relax. Set on a gated idyllic farm yard, 5 mins walk to the local village with plenty of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants (most dog friendly). Brickcroft nature reserve is 10mins walk away. We are 4.5miles from Preston, 10miles from Southport, 12miles from Blackpool and 40miles from the Lake District. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.

Oak House, Leyland, 3min M6 - spacious and lovely

We are excited to be offering Oak House for guests to visit. Once called the Garden of Lancashire, Leyland is a beautiful area with easy access to the Lakes, Bowland Fells, Rivington Pike, and seaside towns of Blackpool, Southport and Morecambe Bay.
