One Queen Street is a brand-new modern development that features only four luxury condos. We own apartments 1 and 4 (this listing is unit four which is on the top floor). Fully equipped + fast internet (400+ Mbps) I love these condos because they're literally a 90-second walk to a nice beach (search Godings Bay).
