Charming, updated 1940s cottage located in Murrells Inlet Proper. This absolutely darling two-bedroom bungalow is located about a mile south of the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk, which is lined with restaurants, live music, local artisans, boat rentals, fishing tours and more. The closest beach access is about 3 miles away, Huntington Beach State Park, which we provide a pass for that allows admission for one vehicle and its occupants. Garden City Beach Pier and public beach access, 4 miles away.

The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. The Waccamaw Neck Bikeway, which is part of the East Coast Greenway, runs in front of our home. (Bring your bicycle) Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens 1 mile South of us. The Marsh Walk is 2 miles to the North. Grahams Landing Restaurant is one lot over from us, within walking distance. Southern Hops is across the street.
