The property has a 10x5m swimming pool with solarium and garden area. From the pool you have a breathtaking view onto the coastline. The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

La casa si trova in Contrada Pisciotto, poco sopra il centro abitato di Cefalù. La splendida vista sulla cittadina e il suo vecchio porto, il verde circostante e l'area in cui la casa è situata, ne fanno un luogo di relax a pochi chilometri dalle spiagge e dal centro storico. L'alloggio consiste in una camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno nuovo con box doccia, la cucina e un ampio spazio esterno al coperto in cui è possibile mangiare. È necessaria l'automobile ma la casa prevede il parcheggio

UPDATE 2025: The apartment was completely renewed this year, with new air conditioning, beds and bathrooms, soundproof windows and other comforts, still preserving the UNESCO legacy and its unique and charming ambient. The apartment (120m²) is located in a XVIII century building, just next to the cathedral and close to the sea. It offers an amazing view of Cefalù and an incomparable position. 2 King Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, a huge living and dining room, a living kitchen and a private laundry.

The house overlooks a wide open space with an outdoor small kitchen and a garden with different kinds of mediterranean plant and trees that surround the villa. At the ground floor there is a large kitchen and living room with a chimney and sofabed; upstairsr there are a double bedroom and one with 2 single bed, an antechamber, a balcony, the bathroom. All the rooms have heating, windows (with net) and wardrobe. There is air conditioning either on the ground and the first floor

La Tenuta San Marco si trova all'interno dell'area del Parco Archeologico della Valle dei Templi. La casa offre panorami suggestivi sui templi, sul mare e sulla campagna circostante. Our little house is in the middle of the countryside, not far from the town of San Giovanni Gemini. It is ideally located for those who are traveling the mid-western part of the Sicilian island. In this area, you can hike in the beautiful “Cammarata Mountain Natural Reserve”. The place is only 20km from the Andromeda Theatre and the Hermitage of Saint Rosalia, 45 km from the Greek Temples of Agrigento, 40 km from Farm Cultural Park in Favara e Sant’Angelo Muxaro.

Casa Corte sul Golfo di Eraclea Minoa

A 30 km da Sciacca e dalla Valle dei Templi di Agrigento sul golfo di Eraclea Minoa, in posizione collinare ma a breve distanza dalla bellissima spiaggia di Bovo Marina, sorge una bella casa-corte da cui si gode un panorama mozzafiato. Dalla finestra del salotto lo sguardo corre dalla spiaggia di Torre salsa (riserva naturale) a Capo Bianco. La spiaggia di Bovo Marina non è molto affollata anche in piena estate.
