This custom home, built in 2020, is the perfect spot to unwind. Located off of a private road (4-wheel drive isn't necessary), it sits on 4.25 acres, w/gorgeous views of the Great Smoky Mountains. Once there, you truly feel removed from the world. Its modern, Scandinavian-Japanese design is unique to the area. Includes: master bedroom, sleeping loft (queen-sized futon and custom Twin XL bunk beds); open kitchen/living area, covered and open patios. 10 minutes from Bryson City and Cherokee.

Mountain Lake House [Kayaks & Paddleboards]

Welcome to PaddleFin! You will enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain views from the large deck on the house and a deck close to the water. This is a peaceful retreat - cell phone service is not available or very limited, no Wi-Fi, and no TV service. We allow A MAXIMUM of 4 guests! There is one king bed and one queen bed. We currently have two kayaks (one single and one two-person), two paddleboards, and a canoe available for use by our guests. Paddles and life jackets are included.

NEWLY RENOVATED! Welcome to our peaceful home with stunning views! The house is located in the quiet mountain neighborhood of Meadow View Estates but only about 10-12 min from the charming downtown of Franklin, North Carolina with plenty of activities to keep you and the family busy. The entire upper level is yours with its own private entrance. Access requires steps. Parking is the only shared space since the lower level has a permanent resident. Welcome to life in the mountains!

The Extra House

We have a comfortable Extra House we call it. Extra cozy extra cute Extra House. The house is right on the Tallulah River in Towns County. There is fishing/swimming hole about 100 ' up river and a waterfall up a trail behind the Big House about a 30 minute hike up and back. Longer if you jump in the falls. Trout fishing out the door and 6 miles of fishing along the main road. We have a 250' zipline into a swiming pond or get off before the water. Lots of hiking trails and waterfalls.
