Ideally situated, it offers tranquility and relaxation, and convenient central location. In walking distance: all the interesting sight (old market, frankish castle), bakery, shops, the port, the bus station and the taxi stand. The sea is at a few meters distance from the house, and in 2 minutes you can reach the sea-side street, where you can enjoy the sunset view.

Situated in a private beachfront estate this newly remodelled vacation home is immersed in nature. Surrounded by a large garden with tall trees it offers privacy in a quiet environment . Private access to the beach is only a few steps away. The house can sleep up to 4 people and is fully equipped to offer a relaxing holiday escape. Located in Livadia, in the island of Paros, at a wind protected cove in 20m walking distance from a sandy beach. The total living space is 105 m2, it can accommodate comfortably up to 4 guests and is ideal for large groups or families. Surrounded by terrace, at an elevated position which offers sea view, walking distance from the beach and the center of Paroikia. Following the Cycladic tradition, the house has been painted white. Inside however, has decorated in minimal design.

Villa Katerina is a double floor house 62sq.At the first floor there is one living room with kitchen and two single beds .at the second floor there is one bedroom and one big bathroom.There is one big yard 100sq two balconies.The house has amazing sea view from all the floors .It can accommodate up to 4 persons.Also we have barque and hammock.The distance from the sea is 200 meters and the beaches is Placa beach Orkos beach and Mikrivigla Beach

Το Calma βρίσκεται στη Νάουσα, το παραδοσιακό αυτό ψαροχώρι με τον μεγαλύτερο αλιευτικό στόλο των Κυκλάδων. Βρίσκεται στις βόρειες ακτές της Πάρου, με κέντρο της ένα απο τα πιο γραφικά λιμανάκια πλημμυρισμένο με ψαροκάϊκα. Γραφικά σοκάκια και το ενετικό κάστρο στην παραλία της, το λεγόμενο καστέλι, φωτισμένο τη νύχτα δίνει μια μαγευτική νότα σε όλο το σκηνικό. Η αμμώδης παραλία των Αγίων Αναργύρων βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 7 λεπτών με τα πόδια.

We are located 1,5km away from old town (about 20 minutes on foot), 1,8km from the port (about 25 minutes on foot) and 5 minutes away from Naxos town by car.
